I have often come across people from various paths of life,
in my seminars. One set of people are more interested in
knowing how they can change things for themselves with
a positive attitude, the others just hear it all and leave with
no intention of self-help.
Self-transformation is more about patience, resilience
and consistency and being persistent.
Why one must practice resilience or be resilient? What
does resilience mean?
Resilience means knowing how to deal with setbacks
and cope up with any loss and to overcome obstacles. The
ability to adjust to an unpleasant change and bounce back
with having control over situations.
Who can develop habit of Resilience? Anyone
who is willing to bounce back from setbacks, know the
importance of commitment and have the courage to take
risks with control over situations. If we develop these
characteristics, we can be resilient.
When you meet the challenges and find obstacles,
your routine is disturbed, what you can do in such
situations is to tell yourself to come back with small
inspired actions. Think about your strength, think about
all your achievements and just roll on your journey again.
The more you think and visualize your past success, the
more positive energy you receive and that will ignite the
fire within to move on, encourages you to get up and walk
again.
