in the last few years as compared to the early 90’s. People
now have understood the importance of being healthy.
How do you keep yourself fit and healthy? Of course,
there are many ways to do that; there are fitness centres,
dieticians, yoga and many other facilities and these are
available easily.
All of us want a long, healthy and a happy life, don’t we?
It all depends on us, how do we take care of our health
and live a healthy lifestyle. It depends on the intake of

your diet, the time you have your meals, how regularly do
you exercise and be it any form of exercise for that matter.
