It all depends on how you utilize your morning. What do you do in the morning, does matter. I had this habit, which we all have, to check our mobile phones in the morning, be it messages or news. I did find that reading news was helping me improve my command over English and it is 8 The 5 Minutes Magical Habits always good to be updated with the current affairs of the world. I heard about Gratitude from some source and read about it; gradually I even started practising Gratitude. We have busy lives, and it is a human tendency to complain about everything if it doesn’t go our way. What we forget is to thank God for what we have; we are blessed with more whilst some are deprived of even the basic necessities. Why not thank God, every single day and practice Gratitude? I am grateful to God, I am healthy, I am thankful to God for keeping me and my family safe and protected, I am grateful for this beautiful morning, I am thankful to the universe for helping me manifest my goals. I am grateful to the DIVINE for all the people and things I have in my life! Gratitude is basically an act, or an attitude to thank and appreciate. Expressing gratitude means one is thankful to the Almighty and appreciates everything one has. One can express gratitude towards people and things, and it doesn’t take much time to make it a habit. We must thank God, for giving us a brand-new day, whilst there are many who may not see the following morning.
Make it a habit, to thank everyone and express gratitude, right from your parents to your family
members and to those who have helped you in your course of life. I am grateful for all that I have learnt and still get to learn. I am grateful to the Mother Earth for everything she bears on herself.
