the blog’s emphasis on defeating fear through various strategies like faith, courage, action, and mindset. It addresses the common human experience of fear and provides practical tips for overcoming it and achieving personal growth.

The Habit to Overcome Fear
Fear is another natural emotion we all experience. Fear of losing a loved one, fear of losing the job, fear of financial loss. It is said fear is an acronym of false evidence appearing real, which is nothing but in your imagination. In my childhood, my friends would climb a tall wall, while I feared doing so, thinking I may fall and hurt myself. My friends would help me in climbing up, gradually I gathered the confidence to climb up the wall and to walk over the edge. I did it. Fear stems from imagination too.
We don’t have to feel the fear. It will only make one weak. Learn to defeat and overcome fear and you know you are the strongest.

How can we Defeat Fear?

  1. Faith: Faith always defeats fear
  2. Belief: I am stronger than my fears.
  3. Dream: Dream without fear, love without limits
  4. Courage: Courage knows how to deal with fear.
  5. Action: Act on getting what you want, you are determined to achieve something, your action will
help you go ahead and achieve your goal, and fear will lose the battle.
  6. Knowledge: “Knowledge is an antidote of fear”, said Ralph Waldo Emerson (American poet and
Essayist) The more you learn the more you gain!
  7. Mindset: A strong mindset will help you overcome the fear and anxiety.
We always tend to overthink and especially when negative thoughts cross our minds, we become fearful. As a human nature, we jump on to the conclusion even before even initiating and taking baby steps towards our goals. We generally magnify the fear in our mind only because we
give it more energy, it will naturally grow bigger! If need be, sit calm and analyse, check with yourself, what is it? Which kind of fear is gripping me? Note your thoughts down and while writing ask yourself, is this fear a real one or is my mind playing games?!
Try going deeper and check, what answers you get!

How can I overcome it?
Ask yourself, “Can I overcome this all by myself? If the answer is a ‘yes’, immediately take action within
5 minutes. If the answer is a ‘No’, again ask yourself, who can help me to overcome this? How can I find the help? Learn to explore. I will share my experience. I had a fear of public speaking, especially with English communication, facing people and typing out e-mails. I was always worried about the response I would receive in return. I really wanted to do something about this and overcome my fear. I decided to make videos and shared my insights and thoughts on YouTube. I received good response over my videos and this in turn helped me gain more confidence. I do not worry about the replies and response I would receive, in fact, now I am more confident and I continuously improve my mistakes.
Inspired Action
Overcome your fear by embracing it, facing it, work on it by small consistent actions. Your daily consistent
action will make your fear small.
