track your habits.
Take the paper clip in one box and once you finish
the task you had at hand move one clip to empty box.
So, end of the day you can check how much could you
accomplish.
Another habit tracking technique is making basic
format on a piece of paper. And ticking it off when you finish doing what you
planned as your task. By tracking, you will see things are
really moving and you are taking action as well.
By exercising this, you will feel more confident and
determined.
Do not assume or take this habit for granted thinking
you would remember, there is a major possibility of
skipping on the track record.
Keeping track of your habits eventually becomes a
‘WOW’ factor in your life.
I read about Benjamin Franklin Habit tracking
technique. Benjamin Franklin would carry one pocket
diary to keep track of the thirteen virtues he wished to
master. Those thirteen virtues were Temperance, Silence,
Order, Resolution, Frugality, Industry, Sincerity, Justice,
Moderation, Cleanliness, Tranquillity, Chastity, and
Humility. He would make a weekly plan with an intention
of developing one virtue per week. He recorded his
successful and failed attempts in his diary. He eventually
mastered them all, so the bottom line here is to keep a
tracker and be consistent.
How do I track my content writing habits every day,
I believe daily content writing is integral part of my life,
the way I have time for morning tea, breakfast, afternoon
lunch and night dinner so in same fashion content writing
is also vital? My focus is not to break this continuity. Where
I don’t focus whether people will like or not, people will appreciate or not. But to focus on daily writing. And every
day add on one content.
Consistency is a powerful mantra. I make pointers in
my to-do list and make sure I track all the tasks accordingly.
