We live in a fast-paced world and the work life balance
is a fairy-tale thing for most of us! This lifestyle spares
you no time for yourself to be all by yourself, whenever
we try to give time to ourselves, we are being distracted
by something or the other and we end up spending out
time on checking things out, which of course was planned
for something else, something which we wanted to do
for ourselves. Say NO to distractions. Each time you find
some time for yourself and you have pre-planned what you
wanted to do, like writing down your goals, spending time
on self-transformation and many things which will benefit
you in a positive way. If you have taken up something to
do, finish your task first, no point procrastinating! It is
a different thing if the call or meetings are of an urgent
nature, you are bound to be available, but if it it something
that can be done later, do not waste your time on that.
