As a matter of fact, the kind of lifestyle we are living now is stressful, worrisome and causes tension. Youngsters too are not spared with stress, stress to perform well in examinations, get in the best universities and they too enter the rat race. Basically, we all go through this and excessive of stress can take toll on our health. At times, we are bound to do things we are not comfortable with, like working in some section we don’t like, but we need a job to survive as well. Maybe it is not challenging enough or
not their true calling.

Stress and worries are part of today’s lifestyle, but also a ‘product of your mind’ if you are an over-thinker.
