The blog introduces the 90/60/30 rule to enhance daily productivity and well-being. It suggests dedicating the first 90 minutes of the day to activities like meditation, planning, or exercise, followed by 60 minutes of undivided family time, and ending the day with 30 minutes of goal-setting or reading. This routine aims to reduce mobile phone usage and promote meaningful engagement and self-improvement.
The Habit of 90/60/30 Minutes
Habit of 90,60 and 30 is quite simple. Normally, a person spends most of the time on mobile phone and over Internet, it can be productive or it could be just to kill time. In that case, we can follow the 90, 60, 30 minutes rule. Try and avoid using your mobile phone in the morning unless it is really important or urgent. Robin Sharma, Canadian author and Leadership expert also suggests the 90 minutes plan.
The first 90 minutes of the day: From the time you wake up can be very well utilized by either meditating,
goal-writing, working out, reading or planning your day. These 90 minutes can bring a good change in your lifestyle. The next 60 Minutes: Try and engage in conversations with your family members and check on them. Family time is important; and the mobile phone can rest for a while.
Let us call it an ‘undivided attention policy.’ We live in a fast-paced life, with very little time to ourselves and our family. It doesn’t matter how your day was at work, what will matter the most is; to enhance your relationship with your family members, be it your parents, your spouse and your children. Most of the time, the working class cannot really give time to their children and it can causea gap between you and them, it stands true for all the relationships as well. Make sure you and your family enjoy the undivided attention. Another 30 Minutes the last 30 minutes before you end your day are also very important for yourself. We generally watch Tele-vision and we end up with our mobile phones or laptops.
Instead, we can try avoiding these electronics and work on manifesting our goals. What you take to your
pillow, you carry it with you the next day. Anything that you watch or read will be fed to your brain and it stays in there, till you fall asleep. Our subconscious mind never stops working; we can feed it with manifestations, affirmations or read something that is really useful for you or even try to write your goals.
Why not carry good thoughts before bedtime and wake up with positivity?
The choice is yours.
